Product characteristics:
Alloy 316Ti is stable with titanium grade. It is from the series of 300 molybdenum bearing austenitic SS grade. It is also called NO. 1.4571 grades. This alloy offers excellent resistance to general and local corrosion. It is prone to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking in the environments having high levels of reducing elements. It is better than a conventional grade of chromium and nickel with addition of molybdenum.
This alloy is able to form grain boundary precipitation or sensitization. It has great thermal stability even in the elevated temperatures. It has a face-centered cubic structure. The grade is not subjected to the heat treatment process; however, it is hardened by cold working operations. Additionally, it is processed from the industrial finishing process to attain dimensional accuracy and surface finish. It is covered with SATIN and bright black polish adds extra protection from oxidation.

Testing of product
Following are the tests- hydro testing, thermal performance test, positive material test, sigma detention, ultrasound mechanical test, hardness test, and IGC test. Other tests are a destructive/non-destructive test, Pressure tests, pneumatic leak test, natural circulation stability tests, impulsive line leak test, radiographic test, and vacuum test.
The customer also can demand any special tests other then given tests according to their application needs.
